It's not a big deal to him. But he isn't seeing things from your perspective, or through the lens of your past history.

Example: He may have hugged a girl and said to you "don't over think it". But he doesn't think/know that it's because of this same situation that you were cheated on in your last relationship. (I hope that makes sense.)

I say this all the time..

It means what it says , some women go into this immense detail and angles , and none of it ( or little of it ) is correct. This is overthinking it , " if I do this - that will happen " NO , not always. Dont overthink things ---
