I got mistreated by my ex boyfriend. He even scammed me with money and will never play it back. He was a real life sociopath. Does this mean I can get to lead on men, cheat on my new boyfriend and use men for money?

I think this is pointless. Go seek a therapy. It's not normal using people for either gender. If you become that guy then you would be the type any woman's father, friends, siblings, grandparents would hate to ever meet.
