I think you´ll be known by at least the most of them especially if they are friends. But I´m not sure if they stop taking you seriously because that depends on what you´re doing with them.
If you plan going out with one but you´re not sure about your feelings maybe think about asking others you both know to come with you that way it´s harder for a guy to think what you´re doing as a date and it doesn´t make you look like you´re going out with the whole dorm you know?
That way you can check out a couple of them at once while creating less of a talk.
Chatting on social media depends on the guy´s connection to women in a general, a guy who´s popular with women will less likely bother mentioning it while guy who´s not that good with women or has a small number of female insta users is more likely too.

Maybe if you're talkin to them and sleep with one of them, maybe that guy might take you seriously because he was first. But that's a maybe and that's about the only scenario that it could happen
