Solving it is simple. Don't flirt with guys you aren't interested in.

I wouldn't say its jealousy,some guys have a lot of respect for themselves, and for a girl to flirt and talk to one of his friends is very disrespectful... If that was me I wouldn't care if she put herself in that situation and let all my friends pass her around regardless of how cute she might think she looks..
