I finally told the 2 guys I'm seeing I have an incurable "disease"... Now they are acting all lovey dovey... What should I make it?

I don't know the type of guys they are, and maybe your gut is right, but I fr9m my perspective (which doesn't have all the fine details that your perspective has), I wouldn't say it's obviously just them feeling bad for you. Some guys have a thing for delicacy.

Well, as to those guys, it's nice that they are being kind to you.
But what do you actually want from them? What are your relationship goals?

I don't know. That's the thing... The "main" guy is really nice but refuses to go down on me. It's honestly fine, but I still crave it from time to time. Otherwise sex is amazing. We get along. The other guy, that's his friend... It started as a joke... the guy I'm seeing joked about his friend going down on me "for him"... But we ended up talking about it and it happened. So I see his friends once or twice a week alone, he goes down on me, we have "a quickie" just so he can cum. We usually all hangout together during the weekend. I don't know what I want 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't know what they want either.
