A guy I knew from past connected on instagram, we talked and clicked and started flirting and he said he liked me and asked me on a date even when I said no he approached me many times but I denied him but he watches my stories on instagram instantly even though he follows 1800 people. Does that mean he still likes me or pays attention or remembers me?

Sounds like someone I know. Be careful with guys like this. They can go from messaging quite a bit and being super interested to cold, distant and finding someone else to do that to. If he is anything like the guys I know and you aren't interested, let him know you aren't. He will redirect his attention to the next person and lay off of the views/messages.

The guy I spoke to did the exact same thing but, when I didn't show interest back, he treated me the same way that guy treated you and was a major ass and moved onto someone else quickly Dont let him get to you. He isn't worth it.
