me and a dude (recently made friends with) were playing basketball in the dark gym of our school and he says “give me a second”, and proceeded to say under his breath, “i can’t control myself” i heard it obviously but i never asked about it. but dead ass does it mean what i think it means?

Well, what was his face like? A smile? Smirk? Frown? Angry?
If he was smiling or smirking, it could mean sexual.
If it was frowning or angry, it means he can’t control his anger.
