I see so many men comment "lucky guy" on pictures where so called hot women are with their boyfriends or husbands. Before envying their men have you ever thought about if your girlfriends had money to get surgeries and knew editing skills they would make you "lucky guys" too.
Are men aware that most hot women on insta are average looking at best in real life?
In your examples, the makeup doesn't really do much to improve appearance. In fact the worst photo is the bottom right (looks creepy like a haunted doll), and while the best is the top right, the things that make it look better are not attributed to makeup.
What looks better is: 1. eye shine and color vibrance, 2: lighting and shadowing on the hair. 3: the hair being wavey. 4: enough hydration to ditch the bags under her eyes, 5: she's not makeing a weird face with her mouth like in the first pic, 6: lighting on the skin.
Granted, I don't find her to be attractive.
There are a lot of people who just look really good with or without makeup. And there are a lot of people who don't look good with or without makeup, and which side a particular person lands on is usually subject to personal preferences.
I really don't get why some women think that if they slap on enough makeup, they can change their attractiveness level. When in reality, it's actually things like hair, eyes, facial shapes, body shapes, that are way more impactful.
The biggest things insta models do that actually boost looks, are wigs, and full body artificial skin suits that make it look like they have massive perky boobs.
Real women that look like that exist though, so it's still more or less mimicry, rather than creating some kind of unrealistic fantasy.
When I see pictures of them with all the make up, filters and everything else added I can't help but think of her. The isnta women really, really need to be willing to look like their real selves and not strive to be like Mimi
many are still a tad bit above average without the filters and makeup because most of these girl pay to alter themselves face, eye, nose, cheek, lip injections now there's an easy process that also injects your unwanted fat into where you want it and it molds your figure into a nice silhouette that even with a lot of diet and exercise some body types cannot achieve. so even if they remove the makeup and filters they tend to still look somewhat more attractive than the average person who has never surgically altered themselves and therefore you would still think they are naturally better looking even if they don't look better than their filtered selves because the alterations they did are not highlighted and you assume that's how they look naturally.
that girl you posted for example doesn't look as good as her filtered self on the right but yet she still looks better than other unfiltered people, but just look at hose injected lips, and that's just one thing, girls like that do not just get 1 think done. so conclusion, even without the filtration and makeup, they are still unnatural but you can't tell. In reality they could be average at best but they are not because they've been altered in real life too so they are slightly above average still.
You can't beat it unless you do something to yourself as well.
It's because our concept of love is messed up. Outside beauty shouldn't even matter as much as the way people make it seem by focusing on it and glorifying it so much. There is a reason we don't feel quite the same as our body. Love is between the ears, not between the legs. Love is behind our eyes, not in the facial features around them. As long as we focus on the superficial stuff, men and women *won't* love each other or will seldom do so because in reality we're all flawed and will never be perfect. The beauty of humanity is not about proximity to perfection i. e. the lack of flaws, but it's about our capacity for benevolence and goodness even in spite of darkness all around. The former is exciting, and in our youngest years we are influenced to prioritize the exciting though it may be superficial. But, the latter is actually the reason we want relationships. We just tend think the most sexually appealing people are who can make us feel less alone, or fulfill our dreams even. But that couldn't be more wrong. Let love inform sexuality rather than just sexuality informing love. And yes, they're two different things. Sexuality is an animal instinct, but love is an action or work of benevolence. I think a man is lucky if his woman understands this, especially in these times.
No, men are not aware of this because how could they be? The only reason why women are aware of it is because women have a large amount of experience knowing what the real female body looks like and how makeup can change your face. So they are educated on what to recognize and how to see through it. For the men it's like asking them to figure out what someone is saying when they are speaking a foreign language. Without actually knowing that language, how can he know what they are saying? So in this case, without actually being trained on what to spot, how can he he expected to see through the makeup, clothing, and filters that women put up specifically to trick him?
Unfortunately I think many men get caught up in the picture on insts of a hot woman. It's like a facade that they choose to believe because that is what the pictures portray. Behind every photo are real average looking women; however, what they see is often what they choose to believe.
I'm very aware of the difference between the real woman and the made-up Instagram look. But I also don't find that many "Insta-types" to BE attractive in the first place, but I know other men do in great numbers. The more make-up I see on a woman, the less I think of her as "long term". She may be nice eye candy at first, but I don't want to witness any daily transformations from "oh, is that what you REALLY look like" to "wow, you looked so different when we met".
Well, in reality, these men don't really care that much if they are average looking in real life or not. Maybe not all men, but most men wouldn't bother much about their real life appearance because they are getting what they want, an amazingly beautiful face. I know it sucks, and its reality.
Women today have a really backwards opinion of what’s “hot”. The original pictures of the girl are way hotter then the made up ones. When I see a pic of girls all made up and keep on moving. The girl next door is far “hotter” then any playboy bunny that a girl would think is hot. Why do you judge yourselves based on these ads up girls? The media may play them as beautiful but I sure do not. The first thing it tells me is she is insecure and fake.
And, before is bad? Okay, she's a bit nicer with the make-up but, once it comes off and you get the before (mostly, if the before is a LOT worse, this one's kinda nice!), it's not really worth it! I'd rather know who I'm with than to walk around with someone in a mask.
Girl on the left side looks quite attractive. But yes we know what makeup is all about. Look at how men consistently vote they hate makeup on numerous polls on gag
I learned that more than twenty years ago by seeing before- and after-makeup pictures from Playboy bunnies etc etc. It was quite astonishing to realize how bland the majority of them looked.
Yeah. I think that a lot of time when women call men catfish.. it baffles me. I’m like the ultimate catfish is a woman wearing makeup and parading around on social media and in pictures. How about snap a pic of how you look first thing you get out of bed.. see how many men respond to that. Not many women dare do that.
Yes but I´m not sure every woman does. I´m actually not using Insta because I´m not looking for the seemingly most beautiful woman on the planet. Many other guys are going for those kind of women so I don´t.
In this environment I think it's more they found someone who's standards they meet. So many decent guys getting rejected these days it's a wonder anyone is in a relationship at all.

I think most men are aware that a profile picture will almost always look better than the real thing, but a picture can't talk or kiss 💋. A real flesh and blood woman can.

Yes “pretty” is always a mask of chemical products. Insta’thots are filters and photoshop.
Simps and losers don’t get that. But most other males know girls look like gollum without makeup.
I think instagram models are still better than average looking. I've never been attracted to the instagram model look because to me it just looks fake and unrealistic.
Did they also know that real beauty comes from the in side and all women are average on the out side

She was average with makeup too. But yes I’m aware of all the photoshop and makeup and filters. That’s why I don’t go on the internet simping for randos
I would assume not. This is one of my issues with social media. So many people use it just to lie for praise. That's not a good thing to have ingrained.
