Yes I am 100% positive. It’s saying that you are beautiful but with more of a compliment.
It’s a way to say that you are beautiful (without makeup, the way you were born, you’re naturally beautiful) etc.

My confusion comes in where he continues to basically entertain me.. why continue to allow me to “act like your gf” instead of saying hey I don’t like you move on.. I did say I was going to move on and he would say okay... I ask if he wants me to stop texting him and he said nothing but he comes back and says sorry I was busy with work. Instead of making me feel like shit and make me look stupid why couldn’t he just be the man and be straight forward. He said he liked talking to me so that’s what I was doing..

I finally said good bye. I told him to delete my number and I wished him well

He said “I’m sorry Im dying at work sorry I’m busy to respond. Then he said this is the first time I saw my mom in 3 weeks

I said he owes me no explanations

I would simply move on. It just seems like a confusing situation and a waste of time. I don’t think he is interested if he doesn’t talk to you or doesn’t stop you from wanting to move on.
