So I’ve only met him twice. The first time he was warmer with me, more tactile. Second time he was colder. At the beginning I felt so nervous, he also looked nervous. Then I relaxed and he suddenly went tired and sleepy communicating with me. We are technically strangers, borderline acquaintances. He’s married but I would never suggest I’m interested in him. But I admit I do have a crush but wouldn’t cheat.

When you state that "... I wouldn't cheat", that implies that you are in a relation, right?

Your best and only option here is to totally forget about this man and distance yourself from him, both in texting and also in meeting him in person. You don't want to start gossips because when one has a crush on someone else, it is visible for anyone that is slightly aware how to interpret reactions and facial expressions and body language.

Both of you were uneasy with the other one because you instinctively knew that it was not the right thing to do to pursue this crush. His behavior either indicates that he is aware of this fact or that his wife realized something was brewing, He does not want to jeopardize his marriage and that is why he went cold.
