What does his behaviour show?

I admit I have a crush on a male nurse at the local hospital. He's married, but I haven't done anything intentionally to imply I have a crush. I'm not a cheater. The first time I met him, another medical student was observing our session, he was a lot more tactile with me here and warmer. Asked for me to have a follow up. I could feel he was perhaps more awkward as I was about to take my clothes off, but it was very mild awkwardness.

The second time I went, it was just us. I felt nervous, heart beating slightly, hands shaking slightly, fumbling some of my words. It wasn't extreme, but definitely could've noticed. He looked a lot more awkward this time. When I started to relax, I sensed he relaxed shortly after. He then seemed sleepy and when I asked questions that could've maybe been seen as health OCD if someone was in a judgmental mood he also seemed sleepy. Was I boring him? When I said about something sad that had happened in my past, combined with other details, he barely picked up on the sad event. Just went onto the next thing. He also, I think, blushed mildly towards end when I said about some personal female issues down there.
