What does it mean when he says he thinks about me at work?

Me and this guy met at work. We work different shifts and he only seems to contact me when he's at work. Usually when he's just got there or whenever he is waiting for his ride to pick him up, he will call me. He says every time he is at work he thinks about me but it's the most time he contacts me, I don't ever hear from him much when he isn't at work.

Maybe he is like that because you "bump" to each other while you are on work, or he is looking for some "quickie" in bathroom.
