Just a strong guess of mine but they had very positive or certain social experiences in their teenager or adolescent years

Women that love those kinds of guys create them. Since women go after players, the players get better at it. If only girls didn't like players, then they wouldn't exist.

The issue is they disguised themselves as good guys (even introduce her to his family too) and it can be hard to tell which is for real.

They disguised themselves so far and might not even be attractive either. Even the ones that aren't that good looking and short can be just as bad too but they pretend to be nicer.
