Why is he doing this?

I have a co worker who will always start little fights with me but it's all out of fun. Lately, it's been really getting on my nerves though. It use to be fun, but it's getting old. He told one of our co workers he thinks it's fun to mess with me and that he does it to see what kind of reaction I'm going to give. Lately I've just been straight up mean, but of course he sees it as a joke. He's bought me food a few times as well and will sometimes touch my hand. I haven't mentioned it yet to him, but I hate being touched. I'm trying to get my boss to send me to another one of our sites so that i won't have to interact with him.

So my question is, is he flirting? Because this is getting real old real quick.

I wouldn't call it flirting, you need to be blunt with him. I don't know what the fuck you're trying to do here but it's not working. I'm beginning to hate you. Stop pulling the jokes and stop touching me I can't stand it
