Would you stay or talk to someone, who always insults you?

And never apologizes about anything? This guy always calls me names and insults me about my body, weight, looks, voice, personality, lifestyle, calls me a w***e and uses racial slurs. To his eyes I'm trash and the worst person on this planet obviously
He never says anything good-looking about me, except for two times that he complimented me on my face... He never apologizes for anything and expects me to always chase him and beg him.. I wonder why he wants to date him, if he has all these issues with him.
Would you talk to a person like this?

No I wouldn't talk to a person like that, I would leave him and never look back... if he knows that he makes you sad and never apologies, RUN because this isn't love and if he says that he wants you after treating you badly then he might be a narcissist... and a relationship with someone like that would be so toxic and hurtful... Choose someone who makes you feel beautiful everyday, who complements you and treats you like a queen, you deserve much better and know that you're worthy
