By the way, about your last point... which is sometimes difficult to notice... how do you tell that you are being manipulated?

And another thing what struck me right away... there are those who are jealous so they are competitive like when someone is funnier, he tries to force a joke and try to make you laugh

I can't speak about manipulation in romantic relationships because I've been single my whole life lol, but I suppose it's the same as in any other relationship. I'd say the most usual thing manipulators do is gaslighting - they'll make you question yourself and put all the blame on you. They also tend to act like a victim and use guilt on you to get what they want, also tend to use insecurities. Also, they have the tendency to bring other people in and use them to manipulate. I agree, it can be quite hard to notice. I didn't use to notice it at first, I noticed it only later. Now, after I've been manipulated a couple of times by some people, I picked up on some habits/things they do and can recognize them.

Yeah, I dislike people like that in general (not just when it comes to guys). I hate it when people make fun of others and bring them down just to make themselves look funny and ''cool''. It's okay to joke around, but you should know the limit and difference between what is funny and what rude. Some people take it too far.

When I was as old as you, it took me much later to realize that I was being manipulated too with those habits. So you are on advantage 😛.

I don't feel bad about it tbh. Well, not anymore 😅 I may used to when I was like 17-18, but now I realize it's better that I didn't get into a relationship just for the sake of it or because everyone else was dating at that time. It's good I was focused on some other things, like education for example. Also, as much as you think you are grown up at 16-17, you really are not 😂 So looking back now, I think it's good I didn't get in a relationship at that age. I'm pretty okay with being single right now. I'm focused on some other things at the moment, everything in its own time. 😊

Yeah, it's crazy how much it takes you to realize what someone was doing 😂 Then you are like ''how didn't ir notice then'' 😅
