And periods would be a major topic in the society, sanitary stuffs would be free, they would have days off

Hard to say because I've never had one. I don't think I would cry unless I had some sort of crazy hormone rush that I couldn't control. I would probably just take meds and try to remind myself to be rational and make rational choices.

My sister suffered from horrible cramps, which means I'd likely have the same. I played baseball and school and while I often had leg cramps, I can't imagine how bad menstrual cramps must feel.

Personally, I think all the women handle it well.

Yes, it's true that periods are not the same for every woman - some have lighter ones and are not that painful, but again putting up with it every month and having to deal with everyday things while you are on it is not easy at all and take a lot of will/strength, so I would say all women handle them pretty well.
