Met this guy few months ago but I didn't really pay attention to him. But he keep trying so I thought to give him a shot.
Went on 3 dates. All went well til he had to leave on holiday with friends for 9 days. For the first 5 days, I got no text/ call from him. The next day he messaged me to asked how I was. All normal afterwards
Long story short, he went back in town. Had to quarantined for covid. He promised to see me after. First rain check because his best friend leaving the country (it is legit, he told me before holiday) and he wants to spend times with him. We made another plan to meet up. He get back to me the next day to let me know. Heard nothing from him until two days after. He was active on his social media tho. Told him I didn't appreciate his behavior and he apologized right away.
So we agreed meeting up on Friday for dinner. I messaged him around 3 to check if we still on. He rain check me again, replied around 5pm saying he stuck at work but would love to do it tomorrow. I didn't reply to this. He messaged me again the next day asking if I still wanna go out.
My question here, what's going on here guys? Is he just playing with me?

Keep in mind me and this guy haven't met in 3 weeks since he got back from holiday. I got raincheck 3 times.
