I'm trying to get to my destination driving and some guy trying to race me. Why are people so annoying?

I been feeling really overwhelmed with so much stress and even fainted today. I had to pick up my dads medication. Originally I was going walking but since I had fainted about hour ago I decided to drive when I felt better. I was driving my mustang minding my business and a annoying young guy pulls up next to my car. Light turns green and we both go and he instantly goes fast. I'm ignoring just driving and he slows down and goes in front of me then we have to brake because car in front of him was stopped. After that im getting annoyed and we turn and just going my speed but he keeps tryna race me. I went faster to pass him but he goes more faster and I slowed down since cars are ahead of my lane not gonna crash for some stupid ass guy. Then I make a turn signal to turn right and he gets in front of me and slows down and I see him laughing. Like damn im trying to go somewhere leave me alone! I'm fuckin tired of people pushing my buttons

And im not talking about only fast sports cars. It's been happening a lot often people wanting to race me even if they have old car or whatever.

Okay, you need to understand that if you drive a car like that other cars will want to race you. It goes with the territory.

Yeah, that was dangerous and stupid on his part for sure. I'm pretty that doesn't happen to you every day though. Or even every week.
