What does that mean?

My belly button was showing when I stood up fron the floor and this boy who was standing right in front of me was looking down there at my naked belly button

what does that mean? Was this by reflex or does that mean attraction? Why was he looking at my belly? I really like him and hope he wasn't disgust by my belly.. what y'all mean i really want to my belly button to look good for him
