yes because we're pervs and it's hot to see her body in one. They can really show off the legs, and depending on the type and fit of the dress, it might show off more than that. But also, they can just look classic and modest which is attractive as heck to some guys too.

Yeah dresses are really nice

also wildly vary on look

Can be sweet n cute, or hot n sexy and every where between.

a summer dress with sandals or a more party dress with heels

  I used to go to Mess Balls where it was evening dresses, then there were cocktail parties which meant cocktail dresses, then socialising non military parties etc, where girls could wear what they wanted
