- is loyal to his friends
- seems like a sincere person
- Has top grades in all his classes
- isn't the type of guy you will hear rumors about all the time for cheating
If he said he "loves" you within 1 month of knowing each other, he is out of his mind. That is not true love at all. He may just be infatuated with you and like you as a person, but that is pretty much it.
This gentleman seems to give out insincere remarks and appears to not know the meaning of "love". Just how old is he? It is a huge red flag. Please do watch out for guys like him. They will use you and give you disingenuous compliments for getting in your pants.
Love takes time to develop and also, the whole concept of "love at first sight" is complete BS.

wowww I was blown away by this answer.
That is so true everything you had stated.
He did compliment me a lot but I just blindly accepted it without knowing
it may just be manipulation.
Girllll you are so smart.
Oh my, aren't you a kind soul?
Thank you very much! I appreciate it : )
nah you're the kind soul

With ref to the update: My English teacher swears by this adage: "Looks are deceiving".
Just because he "seems" sincere does not mean that he is. Please be cautious around him.
Is the guy inexperienced in the dating area? It could also be that. Some people who are usually inexperienced cannot differentiate between "love" and "infatuation". My advice? If you want to date him and genuinely like him, go ahead.. BUT make sure to set some clear boundaries. Tell him that you want to take the relationship at a slower pace, and do NOT have sex until you are SURE that he cares about you.
One guy I liked came with his friend we all spoke friendly. The next time the person I liked came he said we should be friends. Who am I to argue with that no problem. His friend gave me his number because he said he liked me. This guy was literally telling me how he fell for me just seeing me for the first time. Well 3 months after that we’re officially dating and happily in love with each other. It takes me a while to open up and fall for someone
How long did it take for you to fall in love for the first time? For me it was less than 10 seconds and still I remember her face and wake up dreamming about her sometimes.
Coming back to your guy, how can you find that if he truly loves you or is lying like most of the other guys? Well it's not that hard, just look at his eyes and the way he looks at you. His eyes won't lie to you.
Way too soon. He may be feeling infatuated but i feel like it takes longer to really get to know someone and fall in love with them. Saying he likes you might just mean he is interested in you, not that he is in love with you.

That is not love after two weeks unfortunately.
That's more than likely "lust" which eventually fades over time. Just be careful.
Usually guys who fall in love easily or right away are not trustworthy.
That makes a lot of sense thank you @Secret6620
💜💜
Nobody can answer that. You will only understand if he truly loves you when you have spent enough time together.
that is very true I will take that to heart thank you @random_girl95
you are welcome!
That is kind of quick for true love to have set in.
trueeee thanks @one1wild00
Well, when I was 12 and just started going to Jr. High, I met this girl in the cafeteria that I'd never seen before and INSTANTLY fell madly in love with her and stayed in love with her for the next 13 years!! So, it CAN happen.
It can happen but someone can fall out just as quickly, this early on though I'd say its just chemical reactions in the body that will fade.
It's totally possible but it's not love it's a crush (and probably a small one). But he might also be lying and just trying to get some too so..
It might not be normal but it can happen under the right circumstances.
Liking you in two weeks is okay. Falling in love with you so fast is sus.
that's a huge red flag and completely irrational
I thought so to 🤣 thanks
No and no.
