So my man kept telling me I should buy a motorcycle. I was always not sure since I cannot flat foot. He told me he will teach me like he has with his dad and ex girlfriend. Months later i bought a motorcycle that im close to flat footing with boots on. He only was with me 2 times to teach while I'm learning. He gets impatient with me and gets frustrated. After that 2nd time he said I have to learn on my own. Last week I tried taking it out and had trouble and dropped it on fence damaging it. He keeps saying I should practice on my own. I did go alone yesterday but im just not comfortable doing it on my own. Im really small and if I drop my bike its too heavy for me to pick up. I feel like it was an asshole move of him like if I knew I wouldn't bother buying this shit

If you are truly interested in learning to ride go take a motorcycle course.
Ask at dealerships, they should know where they are held.
I work on at a major road course on the safety team, and they hold classes there, and they tech you what to do correctly.
While someone else may teach you the basic things, like clutch, shifting, brakes, doing a burn out, they may miss a lot of important safety items that will keep you alive.

Take a course, learn how to ride correctly, and they teach you how to pick up your bike just in case.
