He asked me out for coffee after his leg is healed (he broke his ankle) after 6 weeks his leg is healed now. Why hasn’t he scheduled our meeting yet?

He reached out to me and we chatted for a while (he obviously wants to keep in contact). I asked him about his leg and he said that he can walk now but soon he will have new operation where surgeon will take out the screws from his leg. He hasn’t brought up meeting for coffee wtf. I’m frustrated right now since he’s going to have a new operation soon in little over a week.

There could be a whole range of reasons. The only person who can tell you is him.
A relationship is built on open communication, if you have an issue and aren't prepared to talk to him about it then maybe this isn't something you really want.
