Guys, if a girl suggests that you guys should talk more via calling or texting…. And you weren’t in favor of it…what would you tell her?

I’m just curious how guys would handle the situation especially if they didn’t want too

If I'm committed to making the relationship work, even if I'm not crazy about the idea, I'll say yes and at least text her more. I've been friends with people where during the course of a shower, my phone goes off five times, but they were just excited, not demanding.

It's a very small ask in the grand scheme and as long as she knows that sometimes I won't be able to answer for a while, then it's all good.

My answer was predicated on the fact that I wasn't particularly enthused with the idea, but since it's such a small thing to ask, even if I were not interested, I would do it. She has probably done the same for me too.

The last relationship I was in was long distance so it was like that all the time.
I had/still have a job so I'm relatively busy for the most part, I would text her while I could at work and we would talk most every night and be on the phone for hours. I couldn't talk every night because friends/family or some other reason and I told her as much, but she eventually left me for some other guy that could talk to her 24/7 until her couldn't either.

If you tell me one or the other I'd just do it. I mean I occasionally already leave my girl mp3's or mp4's of me singing. A phone call here or there wouldn't bother me if she prefers it.

Of course I’m gonna support that big time I would never disapprove of something like that, that’s connecting having great communication with her, whats the big deal about texting there’s nothing like a live phone call

Probably make some lousy excuse but it makes for a lousy boyfriend that can’t communicate by phone live Voice to voice conversation
