Neither 7 tenths nor 9 tenths or 10 tenths are good, whereas 10 tenths make one unit if I remember my math well.

A human cannot be judged giving numbers because those numbers are not relevant when it comes to character or personality.

You can have a person with 1 tenth that is much better than one with 1 full unit. The most important things in life are not to be found in looks. As you perhaps know, looks fade with time whereas the character and personality remain a lifelong.

Perhaps that this woman looked 9 tenths in her youth. How many tenths would you give her now?

I guess it depends on what you want. From my perspective looks is more of a feminine thing. Some girls won't pick you if you are too ugly, so maybe 10/10.
