So I wanted to ask that there are popular guys in my college and mostly popular guys are handsome and dashing.
I am beautiful even though those hot guys never take initiative to talk to me or they are not in my friend circle.
Those guys are friends with dorky girls mostly.

So I wanted to ask that why I am not friends with hot guys mostly?

First of all, 'popular' isn't really a thing in college... Second you come off as arrogant and look down on others.
Finally, no one should EVER feel the need to point how great they are to others. It makes you look insecure, plus you are judging your own looks, which is the definition of bias.
