There is a guy whom I met in an app (not tinder ofc). We got connected in telegram and chat late nights really for long hours. He has never seen me but I did through social media and all. Inspite of never seeing me he is always the one to text me and the conversation goes on untill I end it. We talk about random things and never had a sex chat of something. What do you guys think is he a decent guy? Does he like me? Or is there any chance that he might like me in future?

The fact that he never asked you anything sexual or made any innuendo or asked for nudes, despite having talked with you for a while would indicate that he is a decent guy.

Nowadays, unfortunately, guys move very quickly to assess a girl and her willingness to abandon her morals and self-esteem by initiating lewd talk and more.

He does probably like you but I am certain that he is also a little on the shy side and perhaps introvert. He is still in the relation building up phase. Because he is still insecure about you, he does not want to ruin a potentially friendship relation by asking to see your profile.

The question is rather: Do you like him? If yes, then you should perhaps give him a picture or let him know how your look like.

I think it is safe to give your snap, not your phone. If you give your number, you leave it open for more. I am not familiar with those social media but should something go wrong, I presume you can block him on social media whereas if he has your number, it is more difficult.
