Guy's Behavior

Does he like me or im just dreaming?

So i'm really close friend with a guy and we follow the same classes. We also have the same friend group. We have became very close since latest year. But there are some strange things happening. So we always go for lunch together and he always insists to pay. And at party he always comes up to me to ask if i have found a guy here that i like. At one party a couple of our friends told him to kiss me and he said " i have my reasons why im not doing it" at the end of the party he kissed my hand and gave me a goodbye hug. Couple of weeks past and we had our last lesson day so we all celebrated it and then he told me he doesn't want to lose contact with me etc and he kissed me three times on the cheeks. We made a picture together and post it. A couple days went by and his mom and sister began to follow me and liked my pictures. Then after a few days five of his cousins started to follow me. If i ask him why they started to follow me on Instagram he quickly changes the subject. But I really feel like it is just a friendship because on snap he distances himself from me. Oke this was super long but what do you think? Does he like me or not.
