I’d be open to it. I actually enjoy a good conversation but in the past when I actually cared about my appearance and tried to look good people told me I was intimidating. Now I’ve just stopped caring completely. I just spend my time reading and feeding deer and birds and drinking and thinking about the war and how fucked everything is.

But I’d also be thinking, “what the hell does this woman want? I’ve gotten used to being overlooked by women, and any interest from one would make me a little suspicious of their motives. Wondering if she is messing with me or if she was talking to me because her friends dared her to or something juvenile like that. Part of me would wonder if she was attracted to or curious about me, but then I’d correct myself and reassure myself that it couldn’t be so. I would stupidly get my hopes up. Maybe I’d start talking excitedly about something we both have in common, and I’d end up looking like some weirdo and embarrass myself. Part of me would also think, “Dude, don’t talk to this girl. She doesn’t need to know what a weirdo you are. You’re only gonna embarrass yourself.” So maybe I’d say very, very little to you beyond one word replies.

it would literally be the most amazing thing in the world for most dudes because 80% of guys will never ever approach a female
10% will only approach if the opportunity is absolute perfect
and then the final 10% are the guys who will literally come up to any female and hit on them time and time again because these guys don’t give a crap about rejection and they’re generally the slime of the earth and there are the guys that most girls have to end up dealing with
