Guy's Behavior

He isn't interested but enjoys looking at my selfies. Why is that?

There's this guy of my same age, who already declared he isn't interested -although we previously had a flirt and he totally seemed so. Some time ago I sent him photos for a clothing feedback, without revealing my face. He told me that I rocked the outfits, but wanted me to show my face.
So after I did, he said I was truly "a bombshell". Is he hiding something from me?
