Why does he make so much noise at night to the point I cannot sleep?

I was dating my landlord for almost 10 months. He started acting weird towards the end where we suddenly stopped dating recently 2 weeks ago because he randomly cursed and yelled at me for no reason. He was starting to get more aggressive since about a month ago where he would just randomly get mad at small things that shouldn't get him mad. He's been bringing another girl not sure since when maybe 2 weeks ago so I been going out with my guy friend. Since 2 weeks ago my landlord has been keeping me up almost as a passive aggressive way stomping around near my room, slamming pots in kitchen, talking loud on phone with that girl, listening to podcast with speakers, etc like 12am- 3:30am. He recently raised rent $50 a month ago. I almost feel he's doing this so I move out. Its getting on my nerves because I pay to have a room and just to not get sleep and feel like im going crazy sometimes and its affecting my concentration at work. I was so close to exploding to him last night almost told him to stop making so much noise but I feel its what he wants to use against me

I’m a landlord and at one time rented half my house out…to an old guy 60 years old. Gave him two bedrooms and own personal bath and had a hidden spot where I put another full size frig…YOUR Landlord got lucky as this guy was one ugly ass woman who liked to walk around with his dick hanging about…. I grew up in lockeroom s all the way through University scholarship athletics…dick don’t impress me BUT 1100.00 month does. The “hens” over on the screened porch regularly didn’t bother me either…”Are you Halloween treats getting ready to go find some candy”…. I took no prisoners… Takes a lot to unsettle me….
