It is possible. But if you have dandruff it could be caused by an internal fungal infection. To see if this is the case treat it topically with oregano oil for a couple weeks and see if the condition clears. If the dandruff returns after that you might be able to cure it by taking oregano oil for two weeks. Probably also want a probiotic at the same time because the oregano oil can mess up good bacteria.
