Perhaps he does like you. Whether he does or doesn't, it is wrong considering he has a girlfriend. You don't want to be the one known as the girl that ruins relationships. I would advise about acting on it or even trying to figure out if he does like you.

Best you distance yourself without getting involved. If he does make a pass at you, tell him you are not interested since he is in a relationship. Hope for the best case scenario and that would be that he never asks/acts on his feelings if he does indeed have them for you.

Also, think of this... would you want to date someone that is known to be in relationships and like people (romantically) other than their partner? Who is to say that you will not be next for him to cheat on, physically or emotionally?
