I used to have feelings for my guy best friend, but after realizing he wasn’t interested, I decided to stay friends. With his birthday coming up, I asked him what he wanted, and he initially said nothing. However, today he mentioned he wants a woman who dresses modestly and has pretty eyes and nails. When I joked that "sorry that isn't available right now", he replied "make it available" or "don't talk to me😞". I'm shocked. My friends think he might like me, suggesting he wants me to be that woman. Do you think he has feelings for me?

So you ask if he has feelings for you but you say "but after realizing he wasn’t interested"? Does that make any sense to think that he has feelings for you if you realized he isn't interested in you? You see the contradicition right? If your intuition is that he doesn't have any interest then he probably doesn't. By the limited details that you do give it doesn't sound like he does. You also can't or shouldn't change the person you are to match what he wants in a woman. You might be able to keep up that act for a while but in the end you are just faking it. He will also know that you are because he already knows you. Honestly this doesn't sound like a good match no matter how much you want it to be.

He may have been answering your question. :) That's what he wants. If you do? Produce that, in you. If not, get him a card or draw one, that gives what he asked. Make it funny, go on a recon mission.
Or ignore it and see what else happens.
