Both have the same achievements:

But one guy - works very hard for them

Guy 2 is just a genius

The genius is more attractive

The hard worker is more attractive

I’ll go with the hard worker. Intelligence is important but someone who works hard and earns what they have is more attractive to me.

That shows me they will work hard likely at all aspects of life, not just a career. They will work hard with friends, a family, relationship, etc.

Just because someone is a genius doesn’t mean they have a good personality too. Neither does someone that works hard to that point. So, there is a lot more to consider but the hard working guy is who I would go with given the two options listed.
