I can be attracted to girly girls and I can be attracted to tomboys but I'd prefer someone in between. I like the feminine style and cuteness of girly girls and I think they can really lighten up the atmosphere when they are around. I like the relaxed attitude that some tomboys have and I like it when they are willing to get things done. If I'm working on my car and I need a hand, I'd rather a girl be willing to get a little dirty and I don't really like hearing things like "I might break a nail." But on the other hand I wouldn't be particularly attracted to someone who socially acts too much like my male friends, too vulgar and too direct and just... not attractive. I like it if a girl can have a good balance. If life were a typical RPG (Role Playing Game) I wouldn't prefer to date a girl who put all of her attribute points into feminity OR one who put them all into masculinity.

I'm not intimidated, I just don't find overly "girly" behaviors very attractive.
Someone who is over 25 and still calls themselves a "girly girl" is definitely going to raise a few red flags for me.
A "feminine woman" is fine, a "girly girl" makes me think that the person still has a few years of growing up to do, and that they didn't yet let go off the more unpleasant "girly" qualities that younger females tend to have.
I think that no matter what a girl likes. Most men still want to bring home someone who holds herself like a lady. Respectful, kind, good values. Its less about what she is and more about who she is. And fyi tomboys still like to get pretty too
They like that tomboys are more laid back however, we often get the “i just wanna hookup” from them while theyre trying to wife the girly girl
I think I'm a perfect blend of both being feminine girly and a "Tomboy" to the guys.

It's not that guys prefer tomboys they just prefer something a bit different!
That is the truth!Actually, you nailed it on the head in a way.
Men like women who don't look like men.
So, instinctively, we want "girly girls".
But, because all the men want the "girly girls", the girly girls can be higher maintenance and become "bitchy girls".
And, since guys - especially when they are older - don't want all the work of a high maintenance girl and the fear of losing her to a better looking guy, that actually can be a "turn-off" in a way. Not that they are not attracted to the girly girl, but that, because of her "high cost", he just doesn't want to pay it so he becomes more attracted to more "real girls" like tomboy types.Let's switch out the word "intimidated" for a more apt one: "Annoyed".
High maintenance personalities are not intimidating. Indeed, they the opposite, since those kinds of people cannot survive even the tiniest bit of hardship. Besides, Tomboys tend to stay fit longer than "princess" types, due to physical activities which actually build muscle, rather than shape some fat...A tomboy, they are more dominant and chill.

Girly girls are such whiny spoiled crybabies who freak over stupid little things
This video proves my point about girly girlsWell, the girly girl has the whole "feminine charms" about her. But the tomboy isn't precious about rolling around in the mud every now and then. So a little bit of both is ideal-- I like feminine girls who will do all the girly stuff during the week, but on weekends will come hiking or wild camping with me. But I don't like girls who act like boys-- it's just nice when a feminine girl can appreciate activities that boys usually can't find a girl to share with.
Majority of guys prefer girly girls, you see guys complaining now girls don't put effort in their appearance.
Think back to high school what type of girls did guys go after, same in uni or after school. Why do girls dress specific way when going out and want attention? Think of movies, porn, magazines, advertisements targeted at men etc what type of girls do you see. Think of guys of high dating value what type of girls do they go for first? :)Glad you asked, lol. I've dated some tomboys, and some girlygirls. I ended up marrying a girlygirl. We've been together for a total of 13 years (married for 2 years). Imma be honest... I really miss tomboys. I love my wife to death, always will, and I wanna be with her forever. But... Something about tomboys. Less overall fear, less materialistic, less emotional, more down to earth, more straight forward, better sense of humor. Bottom line... Tomboys take the win in my opinion. Love them!
A lot of girls are becoming very androgynous and tomboyish anyway and girly or womanly feminine women are becoming a little more rare. Which is why I believe more guys have started appreciating them lately.
I truly can't answer this question because I probably would love to date a girl who is into a lot of girly things I just find it cute and fun, yet I would also love a girl who will get d isn't afraid to get dirty sometimes
In my experience, most guys prefer tomboys.
Nobody is "intimidated by girly girls", sure, they are high maintenance, but that's the reason why guys avoid them, they spend too much money on trivial things.I hang out with plenty of dude all the time. Not trying to hang out with more. I appreciate hanging with a nice feminine women as they aren’t so bro and trying to lift more weight than me.
Only REALLY pretty girls can pull off the tomboy look.
Most girls shouldn't even try it, they look like small, weak dudes unless they're completely dolled up.I don't think its a question of which I like more. It all comes down to who the person is. Either personality could be attractive.
I love Girls That are Tomboys. But what really turns me on is That she loves to become a Girly Girl to
I like feminine tomboys. The more butch ones are off the table for me.
Girly girls have bever been my thing. But cools are more boyish in their interests and style are attractive to me.Either
If by Tom Boy, you mean I can barely tell it's a girl, then no.
I've seen tom boys that just simply don't worry about dresses or fashion trends. They just wear what they want.I love my girlfriend because she's the best of both, she's strong and sometimes crude, willing to go skating, go driving and play sports but she dresses up, is cute and like to let me take care of her
I want someone who won't complain about a long hike and who is willing to try new things. Girly-girls would seem to be less flexible about such things.
I'm not gay. I don't want a girl who trys to be like a man. I want a girl who loves being like a girl!
In my experience, men want women that act and look like women.
