When I was looking at all boys and I don't look at him, and he was looking at me when I look at them, and he try to make me look at him but I don't look then he put his hand on his cheek, then he go out and talk with boys and when they come again, he and them was launching at me and shack hands and they look at me and talk about me and he was looking at me!
(He was my crush and I was chasing him for a very long time then I get tired and I was ingoring him)

Well maybe you should let him chase you a little bit. From the context sounds like he has a crush on you. You're young, usually you might have a harder time understanding each others feelings, which can lead to a lot of confusion.
So my advice is: be nice, but let him chase a bit.
Meaning that if he starts a conversation or tries to get your attention, you can and should react to it. And that in general you should be nice. But that he is the one that has to have all the initiative for a little bit.
If he keeps chasing you then you know for sure he's interested and should flirt and chase a little bit back, so that he knows you're interested too
