A Girl was chasing a boy for a long time and then he say he doesn't like her and when she start ingoring him, he start act like he chasing her and wants her attention and wants her to look at him + looks at her body, boobs , ass and sometimes do that in front of her to make her noticed!

That is possible. I have no idea either he is just not interested or he is playing games. If she was rejected then she needs to leave him alone. He knows she likes him so. If he likes her then the ball is in her court
