Why do supposedly straight men stare at other men?

So I work in plant like environment and I have guy’s staring at me all the time. I’m about 6’4 , slim with a beard and a decent amount of visible tattoos (hand neck and arm ) I get gay men staring a lot but they’re gay so I know why they’re staring in most cases but why do straight men constantly stare at another guy? Are they intimidated? Its like they will literally seek out eye contact and most the time it’s from shorter/smaller guys. It just seems weird honestly and really annoying.

You're a big dude, men size eachother up in mostly all social situations. Should be something you've noticed now since middle school. In gym where our testosterone is flowing and dudes are getting as swole as they can, competition will arise. Call it alpha male, call it pecking order.. it's human nature/animal nature.

They never try anything physical and I’m not one to back down from a fight so they tend to draw the line at just staring. I get what you’re saying but it definitely sounds like those guys are insecure and hating/jealous.

Its not the eye contact you have to worry about. Its when they are looking you up and down or staring at your ass. Smh. You do know normal men look each other in the eyes right?

I don't know I just feel like if a guy has to constantly stare he’s probably intimidated it’s to the point like if we have meetings it could be a group of guys and if I walk by they’ll just stare but whatever

Even gay men don't stare. They do like women do a quick look. They see you like women so they move on. Its the Hispanics they are morons. I had to walk up to 2 of them today. Said wtf you looking at. A grown man staring at another grown man wth is wrong with you? Then I called them an idiot to their face. See what they are going to do. They look away act like they don't hear me. Then I walk away back to minding my own business.
