Guys, Should I be worried that my baby daddy added my sister as a friend on Facebook as soon as she updated her profile pic?

So. My baby daddy added my sister as a friend on Facebook as soon as she put up a new profile pic (she looks stunning by the way 😍) any way, he deleted the friend request 30 minutes after sending it. But my sister told me, as soon as I got home and she said she found it extremely creepy. I have no feelings for him, he is my ex and I have a new partner but I just find it gross he would go for my sister.
My sister is saying its a definite sign he is into her but I don't know.
What do you think, guys?

I was going to say it could be unrelated. But if she feels otherwise, and you're not together anymore. He might even be trying to get to you through her? But he deleted it, so maybe it was an accident or he thought better of it? But there could be several reasons he might have done that, and not necessarily "going after her", so I wouldn't waste time trying to figure it out lol. Or, ask him directly if you still talk?
