So I was on a boat and one of the crewmates was just being helpful and grabbing passengers like drinks and water. So about two hours into the ride he comes to my friend and says '' Are you okay?" she answered and came to me and Say "You okay baby, wassup you okay" So I looked at my friend because I was confused and I said I'm okay and you brought his ear closer and I said I'm okay and he said okay just checking on you. That evening he kept asking if I was okay. What does this mean?

He could be a creep, he could be trying to make a move on you or it could be an habit. However, considering the fact that he didn’t say that to your friend first and continuously asking you despite you being uncomfortable then I’m guessing he’s a creep.
