Only once. My girlfriend who I have been with for three years was often verbally abusive. Earlier last year she started getting physically abusive too. At one point I told her if she hit me or threw something at me again I would return it in kind. One afternoon in October she hit me again and I instantly hit her back and knocked her on her ass. She has never been verbally or physically abusive to me again.

I had a girl sort of playfully slap me but not a soft slap. So I playfully slapped her back softly I didn't hurt her or anything but she was shocked and said she respected me for it.

I still felt guilty af and don't think I would do it again.
