Does it mean anything if a male coworker asks who I went out with when I speak about my weekend?

As the title says, I had a half day at work on Friday as I was going out that night. When my coworker asked what I had planned, I had told him. That Monday he asked how it went, and then shortly followed it with "who did you go with", does that mean anything?
