Why would a man you're casually dating always bring up other women in conversation with you?

He'll tell me about getting phone numbers of girls he works with, tells me they're beautiful and is constantly talking about women who are chasing him and want him. I never bring up men so don't understand.

Because he isn’t taking your time together seriously. If you are looking for a partner, I would probably leave this guy alone and find someone else. This is why I no longer casually date people. We are either working towards something or we aren’t

It's funny though if he sees me get a text he acts all jealous. Don't understand why he would bring up girls to me since we are dating casually because I never push him for anything else.

@asker he’s simply toxic and doesn’t know what he wants. Probably doesn’t understand that he’s his own issue in life. Cut him off if you are potentially looking for something serious. He’s the kind of guy that is going to drag you through the mud

I don't know sounds like he wants some rise out of you. Myself it would be because I don't feel the need to lie about stuff to my partner so I would just mention things but not to an excess.
