He’s posting about how if you’re not close to god you will get distant and if you want to get closer to your significant other you need to be closer to god. The guy that dumped liked that post.

If he is advising his friend it could be him or either one of his other friends. The question is why you bother with such detail. He is not the quy who dumped you and even if he is and he questioned himself, he dumped you and you should move on and not go for someone who treats you like that guy did.
