Yes, it's work. It's your professional life. When I had a job I don't tell nobody anything about my personal life. I keep professional. I don't anybody at work because if some awkward happens I have to see them everyday. Now I own my business and I still act very professional unless I am seeing a VIP escort. Nobody work cares about your life story. A therapist gets paid by the hour to hear your life story, if an escort is out of the question for you.

@Xi9ebtbrbr I'll tell them "what does that question have do with our/my Assignment or project", you can tell them some general stuff like "I go fishing, I went to the zoo, I walked in the park" just nothing personal. You tell them your read a book, but just don't say anything about politics. When people ask me about politics, I them "I don't discuss religion or politics with nobody, I am sorry" because politics and religion is too personal. I have that tell people the same thing "I don't talk about religion or politics with nobody" just don't anything about your kids or your family. Just tell them you like movies or video games, don't say anything else. Talk to them about a book you're reading. You tell people your business, they're going to go around and tell everyone and make your life hell. I just talk about regular stuff nothing about my family or nothing. I just ask them "why you want to know?" And "what does that have to do with the job?".
