When she talks with me even when the main work between us has been completed, and its been 1 hour since we have been talking, just about randomly anything.

Laughing, finding topics so that I again sit down when I am nearly standing up to leave, searching word meaning with me online, and being really friendly with me.

That is the exact problem. Girls are extra friendly with a certain group of guys. And we cannot be certain if the girl is really interested in us or not.

Hence, I always prefer to be on the safer side and always assume that she is just being extra friendly and nothing more. I don't know how many girls I must have ignored in this sense.

When she repeatedly compliments my looks, my eyes, my arms, says that I would be a catch in front of other co-workers, often remembers small details of my conversations that I had with OTHER people and she just happened to be present. When she keeps asking what makes me like a woman or when she wants to take pictures with just me and her even though we are only co-workers and don't hang out outside of work ever because we are not friends.

I have had all of those things happen from multiple women that I have worked with.
