Guys, what is going on?

I used to talk to this guy and I see him around everyday especially on public transport. We kind of had a falling out so I dont speak to him but his friend still stares at me and he still sits around me. I've notice when him and his friend are together they still glance at me which can be annoying. Recently, he sat in front of me and when I got up he turned his head dramatically and was staring at me stunned and mesmerised and his eyes followed me while I was getting off the bus. What is going on?
