For me that means that she´s special in one way or another that makes from the mass of other women because she has qualities you need training and a good education either from home or school/university/college. That means that she a reasonable of values/morals, she´s not showing off body and tries to get the attention but she knows her value and knows how to get a good life either by marriage and building a family with the right guy or she with the right career.
It´s like a woman that doesn´t gossip but knows how to handle a conversation in a reasonable way.

That means you don't cause drama, you're a giver, he's never seen you with any guy, you're cool with kids, you've opinion against abortion rights etc etc. It signifies he means you're a good traditional women.
